• We ship orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
• We process orders and ship based on your event date.  We want your cookies to be as fresh as the day they came out of the oven!
• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• We provide tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and shipping location.
• For international shipping please contact us before placing your order.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Also, we recommend that you inspect your package for damages before accepting delivery. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately.

Returns

At Jean's Cookie Jar, we take great pride in the quality of our custom cookies and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when a refund is necessary.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• We only offer refunds due to color errors or mistakes in the design of the cookies.
• If you receive your order and find that the cookies do not match the design or colors specified on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• We will require photographs of the cookies as evidence of the error.
• Once we have received the necessary information, we will work together to resolve the issue.
