We take pride in our cookies. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, immediately notify us (within 24 hours of pick-up) of your concern and return your cookies to us. If we missed the mark, ex: issues with the theme, we were off on your color design, we want to fix it. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your cookie order. If a refund is issued, credit will be provided to the credit card used or an in-store credit.
We will do our best to match any requested color or design. We are limited to the fact that we are dealing with icing that can fade due to light and temperature, so we do not guarantee an exact match. Also due to the nature of drawings, we will make our best representation of what is requested but are again limited by the nature of our product. Placing an order with me means that you agree that the colors may vary from inspiration photos and invitations.
For copyright images to be reproduced, authoritative letters from the governing body to whom the image has been copyrighted will be requested and needed upon placement of order. We do not do character cookies, however, we will design cookies that will compliment your design theme.
All shippers provide a tracking number at the time of your order. I would suggest purchasing insurance to cover the cost of your order. If the product is damaged in shipping, we will gladly process a damage claim with UPS. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. The shipping company may require that the damaged product, box & all items included in package be picked up for inspection; so please do not discard the box, product, or any of its contents. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost packages.
It is our policy to impose a rush fee when you are requesting a pickup date with less than 14 days’ notice. Why? Because when moving your request to the front of the line, it takes extra time, hustle, and planning in order to guarantee that you receive only the best ingredients and highest quality. Rush fee is 25% of your total order.
